Consider This
Hello, Candidate for the office of the Executive Employee of the American enterprise. 02/08/2019
I have been conducting a survey of people in America since 2015.
Here are some little-known facts that can help you and your team, achieve a historic victory.
To put these little-known facts I mentioned into context I will use some seldom-used phrases and then couch these as if they are part of your campaign. I suggest this because these actually are little-known facts and seldom used phrases, it means that your campaign can introduce them as part of your unique brand and that as such they become “hooks” to generate interest, spark conversation and build trust. Because these facts and phrases can be verified, they will separate you from the pack.
“We the People” were defined by the Founding Fathers as American citizen owner managers by the four elements of the legislated social construct they invented.
Let’s start with that seldom-used phrase, the American citizen owner managers.
As a candidate, you can cite the Founding Fathers for its origin, as this is how they expressed in words, who and what an American citizen owner manager is, under the terms of the four elements of our legislated federal social construct.
Most Americans have never heard the phrase “legislated federal social construct”. Yet, most Americans know three of the four elements of America’s legislated federal social construct.
Note: Because most American citizen owner managers only know three of the four elements of their legislated social construct; they have never “seen” the big picture. Thus, this a major opportunity to bond with your audience because they have never had a candidate connect the dots for them; they have never had a candidate review these elements so that they understand how they are connected, they have never had a candidate explain why they are offered the civil right of ownership and they have never had an executive candidate say, “I want to be your employee”!
You can inform and inspire them, instill purpose and unite them in a common goal with you; the fulfillment of the potential of our American social construct; the American dream.
As a candidate; You should pledge (with your hand on your heart) to all of the American citizen owner managers that you just want to be their employee and that you are not as important as they are; because they can claim the civil right of ownership and then they can use it. Now, this is a hook, because “We the People” have pledged our allegiance to fulfill all of the promises made in that construct, including the freedom of choice.
Let’s explore the seldom-used phrase; the American social construct.
Most Americans know that the Declaration of Independence was legislated first. But few realize that it contains some of their most important and powerful legislated civil rights as citizen owner managers, including the civil right of equal rights for women. [Claim your American Civil Rights it is that easy and its free.]
Few citizen owner managers understand that their federal civil rights include ownership of the nation. Few Americans know that they can formally claim and then enforce these civil rights in court. Because when a citizen owner manager formally claims their legislated civil rights, they then possess their civil rights and gain the “legal standing” to enforce and defend their federal civil rights. This is a fact invented by the Founders that most Americans do not know. Plus, today they can quickly file their online claim for free. Another hook that gets them involved in their opportunity to drain the swamp and your tenure as their executive employee.
The second element of the American social construct is the PLSS: (The Public Land Survey System). After the Declaration of Independence, it required nine more years to “invent” the PLSS and it was legislated as the Land Act of 1785). The PLSS is another big hook. Example, did you know this about the PLSS? The data from my three-year survey shows that few Americans have ever heard of it. Most Americans don’t know what the letters stand for, they do not know that the Declaration of Independence and the PLSS, together, form the legal foundation for the third element, the Constitution. And importantly they do not know what the Founders knew; that under federal law the transfer of the civil right of ownership of land requires a survey to be lawful. Therefore, the Founders invented and then legislated the PLSS before they wrote the Constitution. Additionally, the PLSS is the origin of the USGS (the U.S. Geological Survey; officially started on 03/03/1879). Note, the USGS is based on and incorporates the PLSS original federal TRS Grid surveys that are stilled used every day. (Use this link later to discover more and see one example of a TRS Grid in use today.)
The third element is the Constitution. Most Americans say they have heard of it, but many say that the style of the grammar and language usage is confusing and that it is to legally complex. Here is a link to a modern grammar and language version that is simplified.
The fourth element of the American social construct is the citizen owner managers’ Bill of Rights and most Americans have heard of it but do not fully understand how to claim or use their civil rights. Unfortunately, some Americans suggest that “civil rights” are just an overused phrase that has no real enforceable or relevant meaning today.
In 1833, President Andrew Jackson explained the American social construct this way; “These solemn compacts; (The Declaration of Independence & the PLSS), invented by Congress in a resolution declaring the purposes to which the proceeds of these lands (the Public Lands of the United States) should be applied, [1 Federal law requires documenting in the federal record that any and all land acquired by the US government is only held in trust for the true owners, the American citizen managers, as their “Public Lands”. 2 Establishing by federal law that the rectangular surveying method is the legal standard in America and that it will be used to produce an official survey of the United States of America so that the true owner has a survey to document their title under federal law. (This resulted in the publishing of the US Geological Survey) 3 Designing, developing, and refining the (TRS Grid locational system), the Township Range Section Grid locational system uses the rectangular surveying method to place millions of federal monuments in the soil of the nation, all located by a recorded original federal survey. The TRS Grid monuments into the “soil” of the “Public Lands” of America as they are acquired. 4 The official survey’s field notes, the monuments the surveyed “Lines” of the TRS Grid is “platted” as a Township map, these are signed, dated and are recorded in the federal public record. Thus, these federal monuments are protected, permanent, perpetual, and without error. 5 When the TRS Grid has been surveyed, monumented, platted and recorded the public land use rights are sold by government “Patent” into the private sector with a “Legal Description”. 6 This process moves the title of specifically located and identified land use rights from the government to the private sector by ‘Government Patent” for cash under the hand and seal of the President of the United States. The proceeds are using to pay down the national debt, to benefit the owners, the American citizen owner managers, who are the named beneficiaries. 7 These surveyed, monumented, and recorded TRS Grids create permanent boundaries between neighbors in the Public lands of America and bordering nations, to establish and enforce domestic peace and tranquility enforced by federal law.], originating before the Constitution, and forming the basis on which it, [the Constitution & it's citizen owner managers’ Bill of Rights], was made, bound the United States to a particular course of (business and government) policy in relation to them by ties as strong as can be invented to secure the faith of the nation”. (aka the faith of “We the People”, The American citizen owner managers).
Thus, the American Social construct, by its nature is evolutionary. It relies on an active and informed electorate of American citizen owner managers, it is designed to lawfully grow, change, improve and importantly evolve for their benefit, by their consensus and direction; so that they will be an empowered and informed electorate of citizen owner managers because, America is a capitalist social enterprise; a democratic business. Owned and managed by “We the People”. And you want to be their honest and loyal employee.
We the People want our paid employee government to comply with the laws established by our social construct because no one is above the law, especially the elected employees. Donald Thumps administration is public proof that the current social reality is not fulfilling the terms of the four elements of the American Social Construct.
We the People want to know that we are personally respected, that our civil rights are enforced and we want to know that we can each attain success without prejudice and that we are free to live the American Dream.
We the People want the swamp drained because we are fed up with being lied to, manipulated, and gerrymandered.
Today, We the People want to hear you pledge to be our paid executive employee. We want you to start at the top and work down to change the mindset of all of the government employees. We want to be united and to be openly recognized to exercise our authority, with your advice and consent. We want to be shown by your example, how you can help us achieve an all-inclusive, lawful, non-violent American Evolution because of your employment. You can do this.
Start by reminding us that our legislated social construct establishes that the very first civil right of each American citizen is ownership and management authority of the business of their capitalist nation and that you want to be their loyal and just employee.
This is how you can ignite an evolution and unite the American citizen owner managers. This will give the American citizen owner managers what they want, you as their employee. Because you have taken the time to articulate the correct priorities right from the start.
The Founders chose a Latin motto, E Pluribus Unum, for the United States of America because it, like your candidacy, is unique.
I’ll bet that you have seen this motto minted on the dime or the nickel and you understand its meaning as “out of many, one”. Now that you are a candidate for the paid executive position of our American Social Enterprise, you are literally “one” out of many yourself. I think that none of this is new to you. Perhaps, however, it is expressed from the slightly “different” point of view of an “informed electorate”. Which should be what you want your supporters to proudly become.
I suggest that your distinction as a candidate, is an accolade to be worn proudly but, it can become very heavy unless you discover who to share the load with. I suggest the Founding Fathers intended for you to share the load with the “many” American owner managers from which you have risen and not forgotten.
The 2010 Census of “We the People”, (aka the American citizen owner managers), suggests that there are 325.7 million of us. Yes, it includes me.
The number of Americans under age 18 was 74.2 million (24.0 percent of the total population in 2010). I suggest that you should not make the fatal mistake of thinking that this subset does not matter in an election, they are the future, by federal law age is not an issue so, “they” matter, and they can help you, simply by providing them with a process to claim their civil rights for free. (Note that this is also true and important for each sub-set. Yet, it will not be restated each time)
The younger working-age population, ages 18 to 44, represented 112.8 million Americans or (36.5 percent). The older working-age population, ages 45 to 64, made up 81.5 million Americans or (26.4 percent). Source: [https://www.census.gov/prod/cen2010/briefs/c2010br-03.pdf]
Using simple math, eligible citizens equals 194.3 million Americans or 62.9 percent of the population.
However, estimates show that only 58.1 percent of eligible citizens went to the polls during the 2016 election, which equals only 112.89 million. Note, this is less than one third (1/3) of the total population of the citizen owner managers. Source: [https://guides.libraries.psu.edu/post-election-2016/voter-turnout] & [https://www.census.gov/popest/topics/terms/]
This should not be good enough for you because it strongly suggests that our democracy should evolve with a good business plan, that puts the owner managers in the driver’s seat and you as their dutiful and diligent executive employee as navigator, helping them to map out the process, the present and the future; united.
Note that 325.7 million less 112.89 million equals 212.81 million or 65.305 percent of America’s citizen owners are not actively managing, they are not “participating directly” in our current process. You can call for unity by ownership; which is a higher calling because, it is above the partisan political fray.
Our social administration of the capitalist democracy that is the American Social Enterprise constructed by our legislated federal law is hamstrung and limited by the current “party” system.
The current” party” system requires a citizen owner manager to publicly select a “party” to register to vote. The Founders did not express such a requirement or impose such a limitation in the four elements of our legislated social construct.
The “parties” want the citizen owner managers to pledge loyalty to the “party” first, however, the citizen owner managers have already pledged their allegiance to America, and personal freedom of choice.
As a result, the current process is gerrymandered to preserve and perpetuate the “party system”; not preserve and perpetuate the civil rights of the citizen owner managers. Thus, “We the People” are divided from each other, we are forced to join a power struggle between two political parties and this division leads to low participation, high frustration and other "BS" like the resent government shutdown. The Founders even warned that this could happen and only the united American Citizen Owner Managers have the ability to change it. Enlighten them and empower them and they will thank you and follow your leadership because of your recognition of it.
Thus, the average American citizen owner manager is, and has been, “shopping” for a better “process”, and for someone who can articulate this “process” in a way that is inspiring, innovative and new but, uniquely All American. Is this you? Will you lead the evolution?
This is not to say that the “parties” should be cast aside entirely, they have a role to play but, the “parties” are not cast in the central “role” by the legislated American social construct. The average American citizen owner manager is the named beneficiary and they are cast in the central “role”; not the parties of their elected paid employees.
Thus, the American Citizen Owner Managers are offered the opportunity to claim their civil right of ownership of the nation, this is lawfully evidenced by the patent issued to the Owner Manager community.
I cite our federally legislated Declaration of Independence by saying that male humans and female humans are equal citizens (a critical civil right). Thus, I see you as a citizen, that has talent and courage, is bold and wants to “help”, by offering and delivering a lawful administration, and a process, that will interest, invigorate and motivate more than one third of the population by placing the citizen owner managers of America in the central role, not you; you want to be their employee. (your mantra). Try it; say it out loud to your staff, “I want to be your employee!”
After all, it is “their” American democracy because they own it. Teach them that, as owners, they are granted a power that is not granted to a political party, nor to an elected employee, nor any governmental body; it is expressed in the Constitution as “popular sovereignty” (the third element of the American social construct).
There is that phrase again, expressed in a somewhat unique mindset, yet I bet it seems more familiar and even more correct now, so why is that? Because this is all simple truth. The truth can set you free and get you the job you are after.
I suggest that your candidacy can be the first to educate the citizen owner managers of America. As a plank of your platform, introduce them to an easy, efficient, new and patented way they can claim their civil rights. There is an app that they can put on their phone to help you in your decision making while you are campaigning, in your actions, and in your public statements as their candidate and ultimately in your tenure as their executive employee. This is the 21st-century “fireside chat”. In effect, and in reality, you ask them whats important, what they want to be done about a specific issue and they tell you by forming a consensus, online, in a simple yes/no format; as certified American citizen owner managers.
Just like normal business owners do every day with certified stockholders. Don't make your decisions based on commercial surveys that can be hacked and manipulated. In short, you put them first because they are that important to the success of the American dream, not you.
Again, tell America that you want to be their paid executive employee and that they are your boss.
Then show and explain the four elements and how they are connected to your campaign. You can demonstrate how “they as owners” are more important than you are.
Show them by your actions, that they are the managers and ask them to join in your campaign, demonstrate how that works with an app and every week with a new issue (your fireside chat online).
Do this and I suggest that you will be selected for the job of, America’s paid executive employee.
Your candidacy can “Unite” the citizen owner managers of America, you can educate them to direct, instruct and advise their employees at all levels of their government, as an active part of their daily lives and that legacy will put you in the history books. This will alter the political landscape and drain the swamp because you put them first.
I suggest that this act will also inspire the 7.5 billion people of the World that are not Americans, about democracy in the 21st Century.
It is your candidacy, not mine but, I suggest that if you lite the fire of evolution in this way, the endorsements will come to you because they will follow the American citizen owner managers.
Okay, I have planted a seed, now you must decide how far you are willing to go in leading us, in understanding our history, in using our technology to empower us, in fulfilling the potential of the four federal elements of our American social construct and improving democracy by ending voter gerrymandering.
I have not mentioned one part of your qualifications, you are already “successful” thus, you possess an inquiring mind that seeks to improve and inspire others with knowledge for the common benefit of our national business. Clearly, you know how to sell and write a core Business Plain and importantly, how to follow it.
Your candidacy offers you the opportunity to educate the American citizen owner manager about their constitutional popular sovereignty. I suggest that, if you educate them, “they” will verify your statements, “they” will learn to trust you and “they” will reward you. They will help you to help them to make American democracy flourish and bloom as it was intended to do for everyone’s benefit. That’s teamwork between the owner managers and the employees and that is the unique and historic victory that you can deliver to each American citizen owner manager that get involved in your campaign.
I ask you to consider these facts and incorporate these ideas along with this patented process into your quest for employment.
There is a website, https://www.ownermanager.us where these concepts are explored, the background information is presented, and the patent is posted, but it is not ready to be marketed. The fact is, it can and should be improved. Still, it is a tool and we can figure out how best to use this tool, by working together. As it seems that we have a common goal, improving America and the quality of its management because we love it.
I am just a simple American citizen owner manager who wants to make a difference, my name is Walter Spraggins. 850-368-9312 cell / 850-835-0438 office / [email protected] I realize that it may take more than fifteen cents of your time to consider and reply but, it is my request that you do so as soon as you can.
Thank you.

Thank you.
