Your inheritance begins with The Declaration of Independence. Element one is three things at once.

The Declaration of Independence expresses that “when a long train of abuses and usurpation's, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security".
The Declaration of Independence expresses that “We the People” can “institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.” [This is your Ownership and Management Authority as a Citizen defined even further.]

The question is what do we, as the citizen owner managers, the holders of Popular Sovereignty say: is the Declaration of Independence an outstanding example of just the spirit, as opposed to the letter, of U.S. Law?
Could this simple unanswered question be why America has continuing race problems?
