A Legal Basis
On December 5th, 1833, President Andrew Jackson made this statement about the moral, social and legal basis of the first three elements of our America's Social Construct of Law i.e. it's intent. Notice the President says "compacts" use the link to read the definition, which in short is: Any Formal Agreement, Indenture, or any other Form of Contract, inclusive of Treaties.

Who, i.e., which state, do these "Un-appropriated lands" of the King belong too? How do we, the 13 colony/states, equally divide up these "Un-appropriated lands" of the King. How can these "Un-appropriated lands" of the King be sold? And What is to be done with the proceeds of "these Lands", which state gets the money?
