The American Social Construct operates under federal law. As a citizen you are the Owner Manager by these federal laws. By the terms of this construct you should be part of an organized community too, why, because your employees are organized. They are organized like unions, the republican union, democratic union, and the other minority parties unions.
Ownermanager.org is your union, your community. It is your hands, your feet, and you help control it.
You decide how it operates, what it does, where it goes, and what it has to say to your employees and the World by forming a consensus.

Participate in the Community Voice by asking questions, making comments, and examining issues, policies, and actions.
Connect with other Owner Managers.
Participate in the Court of Public Opinion.
Take part in the public debates on the issues you want worked on.
Use the Candidate Response section to pose direct questions to political candidates and government employees, because you will have all of their contact information at your fingertips. These people are campaigning to work for you or they already work for you, either way, you deserve answers.
You can hold them Accountable in the Court of Public Opinion for their answers, actions, or non-action. (aka. Kicking the can down the road). But they will not ignore you anymore.
Read, and comment on OwnerManager articles, write one yourself, publish a video, watch one, research magazine topics, radio show topics, TV show topics even be interviewed or appear on one yourself.
Take part in public confirmation hearings and the like.
Find a wealth of information in the Reference Library, like the calendar of up-coming votes of your employees.
You will have access to all of their agenda, so you will know what they are voting on. You will have access to public reports, files, and other information that your employee may have posted about the issue they will be voting on.
You will be able to Get Involved in a variety of ways that you cannot do now. Multimedia and on-line management offers you, the Owner some amazing options.
Whether you are an author, an artist, a blogger, or a manager of an organization, a Mom, a Dad, or a kid there are many ways you can make a difference. Because you are not just a citizen you are an Owner. Even simply spreading the word using Facebook, Twitter, and other social media outlets will help. Only Owners who are at least 18 years old and verified as a current Living American Citizens can VOTE. However, anyone who is an American Citizen is qualified to join our community, being a living American citizen is the two part test, nothing else.
