The systemic framework and the legal framework of our unique "American" Enterprise in Self Governance is defined by the plenitude of the six combined parts of the published record our literal American Social Construct.

Our servant / employee government does not believe that the literal Owner Managers, "the People", know what is best for themselves or the Enterprise. And the Paid Employees do not want "the People" to directly participate in or even know all of the details of the "dealmaking" involved in the current governance process.

By the systemic terms of the legal construction of the said Enterprise, we, "the People" are systemically intended and lawfully required by due process to be an organized finite community that can formally express and imply its "possession/policy i.e., its "will" by a certified majority vote of its Bonafide Interactive Membership on any issue, i.e., we, "the People" do not speak with one voice.
Therefore, Primary Party one is not competent to lawfully perform its "Role", exercise its Rights, nor perform its Duties, nor up-hold its Obligations.
Why is this fundamentally important?

2. Our Employee-politicians are organized into unions, the republican party is a union, a form of business; the democratic party is a union, a form of business and the other minority parties are unions.

With it we can exclusively meet using social media, our iPhones, tablets, desktops all linked by the internet. We "the People" the literal equal citizen owner managers of "America" can exchange information and learn who we are. We can discuss any and all issues. We can hold and report the results of our certified votes. This how we can Form consensus and We "the People" can begin to "Speak with one Voice".

- Use the Candidate Response section to pose direct questions to political candidates and government employees, because you will have all of their contact information at your fingertips. These people are campaigning to work for you or they already work for you, either way, you deserve answers.
- You can hold them Accountable in the Court of Public Opinion for their answers, actions, or non-action. (aka. Kicking the can down the road). But they will not ignore you anymore.
- Read, and comment on OwnerManager articles, write one yourself, publish a video, watch one, research magazine topics, radio show topics, TV show topics even be interviewed or appear on one yourself.
